Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING:
Lucky Stitch sells to UK customers only. 

Standard Shipping
UK: Tracked 48 - Royal Mail (2-3 days) £3.50.
Orders will be sent in 1-3 days. 

Faster shipping
UK: Tracked 24 - Royal Mail (1-2 days) £4.50.
UK: Special Delivery (next day) - Royal Mail £11.50.
Next day delivery is available if you order before 2pm Monday - Thursday. 

I am unable to sell to customers in the EU or Northern Ireland, due to GPSR/ PPWR restrictions.

The packaging is environmentally responsible, the aim is that our packaging materials are recycled, recyclable or re-usable.

 

RETURNS:
If you wish to return an item, please contact Lucky Stitch within 14 days of receiving your order, using the contact form, or the email address below.

All items must be unworn and with original tags attached.

The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility.

It is recommended you use a tracked service to return your item, as I cannot be held responsible for the goods until I receive them. 

The returned item will be checked, and the refund will then be processed via the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please get in touch to discuss and if faulty, the return postage will be reimbursed as well.

I am unable to process exchanges. It is best to place a new order, and return the original item.
